The snow foam stage of a wash is one of the most important. It’s the stage which rids your vehicle of any loose grit and dirt that might cause scratches and swirl marks.The snow foam lance works to create a thick clinging foam by pushing the flow of water through car wash detergent.It’s this clinging foam that allows cleaning agents to work for longer, helping to dissolve and rid the vehicle of more dirt and grime than a quick jet wash would. Once rinsed, the paint is prepped in the best possible way ahead of the two-bucket wash stage, allowing much of the cleaning work to be done before having any real contact with the paint.
How To Use:
- Fill the bottle with a mixture of detergent + water. We recommend 25%/250mL detergent to 75%/750mL water ratio.
- Shake the fluid bottle to mix the shampoo with water throughly.
- Attach foam cannon to the pressure washer gun. Apply the foam spray over the desired area. Let the foam sit and soak for 5 minutes then rinse.
Important Notice:
- Warm water helps to produce richer foam.
- After cleaning,Please turn the knob to the end of “+” and spray pure water without foam for 10 seconds.It will clean the remaining soap in the orifice nozzle and foam maker.Or it is easy to be blocked by the remaining soap.
- You can adjust the knob ( + & -) on the top to control foam concentration.
- You can adjust the spray angle and shape by rotating the spray nozzle.
- If the PH value of the car wash liquid is greater than 10, the corrosion of the transparent bottle (PETG or PET material) will cause fracture. Neutral car wash shampoo is recommended.White/Black bottle (HDPE material) has no problem.Can use PH greater than 10.
- Foam Lance Mesh Gauze Filter will be aging and blocked for a long time, and it is recommended to replace it regularly.
- There will be impurities in the car wash liquid or water.If the particles are > 1.3mm,the hole in the foam cannon will be blocked, resulting in bad bubbling.In this case, you can use a needle to push the spout or suction hole through.
How To Replace Orifice Nozzle:
- Unscrew 1/4 inch quick connector plug
- Unscrew foam cannon nozzle with slot screwdriver
- Screw new foam cannon nozzle
- Screw 1/4 inch quick connector plug
How to Replace Foam Maker (Mesh Gauze Filter):
- Use a tool to remove the plastic casing from the head
- Disassemble the inner brass parts
- Replace the foam maker
- Install the plastic coat and inner core
Foam lance Frequently Asked Questions
A: Foaming intermittently, bubble out uneven Not even a bubble
- Liquid suction plastic pipe is damaged, air leakage
- Regulating valve is not adjusted well, clockwise according to the minus direction of tightening, suction maximum
- The suction hole is blocked (Solution: Remove the orifice nozzle,unchoke the hole with a needle)
- The Mesh Gauze Filter is blocked (Solution: Use an air gun to blow away impuritiesand or change a new one)
- The minimum pressure of the car washing machine should be 130Bar (1885psi), or the foam effect is not good
B: The foam won’t hold. It’s very diluted
- The concentration of car wash liquid is not enough
- The pressure of the car washing machine is too low
- The regulator is not turned tight (Clockwise according to the minus direction of tightening, suction maximum)
- Use hot water to brew the car wash liquid
C: The regulating valve slips

PS:
If the Foam Cannon Orifice Nozzle is small and the pressure is large, the pump will jump.
If the Foam Cannon Orifice Nozzle is large and the pressure is small, won’t be able to spray rich foam.The foam will be thin.
